What if the item is obviously defective?
If you find an item with obvious defects within 7 days after purchase, such as obvious cracks, no reaction, or failure to vibrate, please take photos or videos and send them to us in time. After our verification, if it is confirmed to be a product defect, we will inspect it. We will reissue new products. If the product is damaged due to the buyer’s personal reasons, we cannot return or exchange it.
